We are looking For:
Senior CSM ServiceNow Developer
For an international project, we are seeking talented ServiceNow Developers/Experts with strong hands‑on experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
The resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions focused on the ITSM and CSM modules. The role also includes integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong expertise in CSM and ITSM modules
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), SQL, HTML, CSS
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent command of the English language (B2)

Work Location

Availability for business travel is required.
