Job Overview:
For our Lugano Branch (TI), we are looking for a Corporate PMO / Business Operations Expert to support the DACH General Manager and the regional Business in driving internal operations, governance, and business performance.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Executive, Governance & Commercial Support:
  • Support the DACH General Manager in daily operations and strategic activities
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for Top Management and C-level stakeholders
  • Support the organization of Steering Committees, Management Meetings and Townhalls
  • Maintain and update corporate presentations and institutional materials
  • Support market analysis and alignment with Account teams
  • Monitor upselling, cross-selling initiatives and pipeline performance
  • Manage company references and client portfolio
  • Support contract lifecycle (initial review, DocuSign, archiving)
  • Collect and consolidate resource and budget inputs from DACH Accounts

Tender & Bid Management:
  • Support feasibility assessment and planning for tenders and mini-tenders
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders in proposal preparation and tender presentation
  • Collect and manage required documentation
  • Manage client procurement portals (submissions, questionnaires, registrations)


Qualifications and Technical Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity
  • Good understanding of IT architectures and information systems
  • Experience or familiarity with GRC activities
  • Knowledge of main security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, DORA)
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance principles
  • Ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Good command of English

Nice to Have
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience as PMO or in Business Operations within IT Consulting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (including C-level exposure)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian; German is a plus

Location Requirement
  • We do not offer a fully remote work policy
  • Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese etc.)
  • Work-from-home days may be possible according to Fincons policy
