Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM - CMDB)

We are currently looking for talented ServiceNow Developers/Experts with hands-on experience in ServiceNow portal development, strong front-end skills, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations. The role will focus on portal customization and development, with exposure to e IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM and CMDB modules
• Implement and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations in ServiceNow
• Configure and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate and complete data population
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs a
• Ensure ServiceNow best practices and governance are followed across the implementation

• At least 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer (hands-on, development-focused)
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript); AngularJS experience is highly preferred 
• Proven experience in ServiceNow portal development 
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required; other certifications (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken

• Candidates should be open to relocating either to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or to towns near the Swiss-Italian border
• Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client’s policy
