As a motivated and innovative Software Engineer within one of Switzerland's largest IT organizations, you will actively contribute to shaping the digital future of the Banking industry.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using REST and SOAP APIs, JSON-based services, and event-driven architectures to enable seamless system communication.
• Implement, monitor, and optimize API and messaging platforms, supporting reliable data exchange across business-critical applications and banking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to analyze requirements, deliver integration components, and ensure high-quality software releases.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, support system performance improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of integration frameworks, database interactions, and automation processes.

Requirements
The requirements for the role:

• Completed higher education degree in Computer Science (ETH, University of Applied Sciences, Higher Technical School, or equivalent)
• 4-7 years of practical experience in integration engineering, with strong expertise in REST, SOAP, JSON, and event-driven architectures
• Extensive knowledge of API and integration architectures, with exposure to Spring and Kafka
• Excellent English language skills (C1/C2 level)
