Project Manager - SAP 4/HANA

We are looking for a SAP Project Manager with proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget, while serving as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
This role requires a strong background in managing SAP implementation programs, ideally within international environments.
 

• Plan, execute, and monitor SAP projects, with a focus on S/4HANA conversions
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post go-live support
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Support the definition of transition strategies for system landscapes and future architecture
• Oversee the integration across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)

• At least  +7 years of experience managing SAP projects, with a focus on S/4HANA transformation initiatives
• Solid understanding of SAP architecture and module interdependencies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in international project environments is a strong plus
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
