Job Overview:
For our UK office in London, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be part of Data & Analytics team dedicated to projects for an international Commercial Insurance market leader.

Activities:

  • Act as PM / PMO in Data & Analytics projects within insurance area
  • Collect and formalize business requirements for the implementation of Data & Analytics projects with ETL and Data Visualization tools
  • Build a test book and pre-test the solution developed by our Data Engineers against business requirements
  • Support the Data & Analytics technical leader in the implementation of a new Data Platform based on MS Fabric
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Over 5 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to Data & Analytics projects
  • Strong business and functional understanding of the end to end insurance lifecycle
  • Working experience within Commercial insurance or Reinsurance area
  • Over 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager / PMO, including project plan design, monitoring, and development task estimation
  • Ability to write and interpret SQL queries
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong proactivity, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric data platform
  • Knowledge of ETL tools such as Alteryx or Microsoft Data Factory
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
